Lefavor Envelope provides these templates for our customers use to prepare their artwork for the envelope manufacturing process. Files are in an Adobe Illustrator PDF file format and need to be opened in Illustrator to remove the instructions. These are some of the most requested dies and layouts. We have hundreds of dies and layouts and will be updating this list periodically. If you do not find what you need please contact us and we will be happy to supply you with the templates you need.

These are outlines of our envelope dies and are intended to be used to map artwork to the dies and create mock-ups. Please do not create press sheet layouts with these files — please download a press sheet layout below.

These files are specific to each press sheet size. Please use the appropriate layout for your press sheet size (for example don’t take a 17-1/2” x 23” layout and center it on a larger press sheet). If you need a layout that is not listed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to create one for you.
